Digital Downloads and Coloring Pages

Due to the nature of digital downloads and coloring pages, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for these items. All sales of digital products are final. Once the files have been downloaded, we cannot issue a refund.

Physical Merchandise and Books

If you purchased physical merchandise or books and are not completely satisfied, we do offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
