Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Bags: Please note that bags may take up to 7-14 business days to receive, depending on your location and the availability of the product.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
My Paper Moon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
My Paper Moon is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to restrictions from our shipping partners, certain products may not be eligible for shipping to certain locations. We will notify you during the checkout process if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your specified location.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.
